For today's recipe I have tried to recreate a flavour of peanut butter from the Peanut Butter & Co: Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. What makes my version different? 30% less calories, a third of the fat, more than twice the protein, half the sugar and twice the fibre! And it's so simple to make, too.
