Today's recipe is rather simple in nature, as it's oats cooked on stove. Not exactly rocket science, is it? What really makes this meal is the coconut flour. Now, you're probably thinking why I would add flour to this. Coconut flour is one of those versatile ingredients. It has such a beautiful flavour and scent, that even the smallest amount really helps. It is so finely ground, that eating it as is (ie. not baked into a muffin, for example) actually tastes good. Coconut flour is also a great way to get some added fibre and even a touch more protein! If you've yet to try coconut flour, don't delay!
