If there's one thing that's as strong as my desire for all things chocolate, it is for spicy foods. The spicier the food the better, I say! I think it all stems from my love of Mexican food and jalapeno peppers. I would eat stuffed jalapenos all day every day if I could. Today's recipe is somewhere between a sweet and savoury treat. The bitterness of the cocoa, the heat from the cayenne pepper and the slight hint of sweetness from the stevia work in harmony in this recipe. If you're a little sensitive to spicy food, I would suggest halving the amount of cayenne pepper, and perhaps adding a little more stevia.
