These brownies are like, wow. Super moist, super gooey, super fudgey. Perfection. < br />Okay, okay, they're super-unhealthy too, but what's wrong with a little bit of butter, sugar, and chocolate? A balanced diet is the key to good health. I know these may look a little undercooked for some of you - truth is, they probably could've been baked for a little longer with no problems. I like my brownies gooey, fudgey, and moist, however. Each to their own. I got this recipe from a close friend of mine and really love it. It's one of those recipes that you can adapt easily without affecting the base recipe. Adding extra chocolate chips, peanuts, or even m&ms would work well without changing base-ingredient quantities. Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies Makes 16 200g butter, chopped 200g dark chocolate 1 cup brown sugar 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1tsp vanilla 3/4 cup plain flour 2tbsp cocoa powder 1/3 cup white chocolate chips Preheat oven to 190C and line an 18cm square cake pan with baking paper. Melt butter, chocolate, and sugar in the microwave, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slight ly. Add eggs and vanilla to chocolate mixture and mix well. Sift flour and cocoa over chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Lastly add the white chocolate chips. Pour brownie mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Baking times will vary considerably (mine sometimes takes up to 45 minutes to bake). Set aside to cool then lift out and completely cool on a baking rack. via butter & jam http://butterandjamblog.blogspot.com/2013/07/triple-chocolate-fudge-brownies.html | |||
