Read More >>> 1 Scoop of About Time Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Tbsp Edward & Son's Coconut Flour 1 Tbsp Water 1/2 Tbsp Jarrow Coconut Oil 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder Mix the protein powder and coconut flour together in a bowl Add half of the water and stir The mixture may seem too dry, but it will come together Add the rest of the water and mix until you have a dry but moist mixture You should be able to roll the mixture into balls without it sticking to your hands, and with the balls retaining their shape Put them in the fridge to firm up while making the chocolate Melt the coconut oil in a bain marie or the microwave Add the cocoa powder and mix until there are no lumps Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly (not too long or it will begin to set!) Roll your protein balls in the chocolate until completely coated Place on a silicone mat or baking paper Return to the fridge for the chocolate to set Makes 1 serve (5 balls) Macros 222 calories 28g protein 10g fat 10g carbs 1g sugar 5g fibre Click here to check out all five recipes in a Week of Chocolate Recipes. via Stacie Michelle http://stacie-michelle.blogspot.com/2013/05/chocolate-coated-protein-balls.html | |||
