Apple Peanut (Flour) Butter

Now, some of you may be thinking that apple peanut butter sounds odd or not at all appetising. However, if you're a fan of eating a raw apple along with peanut - or any nut - butter you know that they're a match made in heaven. 

This apple peanut (flour) butter is no exception. It's delicious cold, but even better when spread or dolloped on something warm like, toast, English muffin, morning oats or even in a smoothie.

Ingredients

100g Stewed Apples (skins removed)
60g Protein Plus Peanut Flour


Directions

Take the stewed apples and puree in a blender
Add the peanut flour and pulse again
Transfer to a mould or container and refrigerate to firm it up

Makes 3 serves
