Ingredients 60g Oat Flour 35g About Time Banana Protein Powder (P) 6 tsp Banana Vitarium Drink Mix (P) 20g Chopped Peanuts (P) 1 Egg 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk 1 tsp Baking Powder Directions Mix all the ingredient (except the peanuts) together until well combined Evenly distribute the mixture between the six cupcake moulds Sprinkle each with the chopped peanuts Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked Makes 6 muffins Macros per muffin 94 calories 8.3g protein 3.5g fat 6.3g carbs 0.3g sugar 1.5g fibre
