Chocolate Peanut (Flour) Butter

If there's one flavour which pairs perfectly with peanut (flour) butter, it is chocolate. You could always just melt some store bought chocolate into your peanut butter, but that's neither fun nor healthy for you.

I know not everyone may have the ingredients I always use in my recipes, so I'm doing something a little extra special today. I have not one, but THREE variations of chocolate peanut (flour) butter for you today.

The method to making these peanut (flour) butters is simply adding a little water to the ingredients. Mix them up and adding as much or as little water until it reaches the consistency you like. 

Less water = thick and creamy. More water = runny and gooey.


Variation #1

Ingredients

10g About Time Chocolate Protein Powder

Macros

129 calories
22g protein
3g fat
7g carbs
2g sugar (naturally occurring)
3g fibre


Variation #2

Ingredients

1 tsp Cocoa Powder
4-6 Drops of Liquid Stevia OR
1 Sachet of Natvia

15g protein
4g fat
8g carbs
2g sugar (naturally occurring)
3g fibre

110 calories
16g protein
4g fat
8g carbs
2g sugar (naturally occurring)
4g fibre
