Cinnamon Raisin Peanut (Flour) Butter

For today's recipe I have tried to recreate a flavour of peanut butter from the Peanut Butter & Co: Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. 

What makes my version different?
30% less calories, a third of the fat, more than twice the protein, half the sugar and twice the fibre!



And it's so simple to make, too. 



Ingredients 

10g Raisins/Sultanas (whichever you prefer)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


Directions

Add the cinnamon to the peanut flour, along with a little water
Mix until the paste resembles peanut butter
Stir in the raisins/sultanas and then serve

Makes 2 serves


Macros per serve

111 calories
14.5g protein
4g fat
11g carbs
4.5g sugar (naturally occurring)
4g fibre
