"Honey" Peanut (Flour) Butter [Vegan]

Honey flavoured peanut butter is a favourite with many people, however it is not a vegan-friendly product. Rice malt syrup is a perfect replacement, with its natural sweetness and the fact that it's made from rice, not an animal by-product.

Drizzled atop of a bowl of cooked oats is a perfect breakfast on a cold Winters morning.
