Coconut Lime Protein Smoothie


After spending much of the week experiment with the new Almond Breeze flavour, I thought I ought to show Pureharvest's Coco Quench some more love. 

My Lemon Meringue Protein Smoothie is one of the most-viewed recipes on the blog. Today I'm putting a little twist on Key Lime Pie with this Coconut Lime Protein Smoothie.

Ingredients

2/3 Scoop of MRM Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Homemade coconut milk yogurt (recipe coming soon)
1/2 Cup Pureharvest Coco Quench Milk
Squeeze of Lime juice
Handful of ice
Lime zest
Flaked almonds


Directions
Chuck everything into a blender and blitz until the ice has broken up
Pour into a glass and top with a little more lime zest and almonds

Makes 1 serve
