Overnight Breakfast Mix [Vegan, Gluten & Sugar Free]

Today's recipe is a little spin on the traditional overnight oat method. In addition to the oats, I've added hemp and chia seeds along with some buckwheat which add some different textures, along with some plant-based proteins and omega fatty acids. 

It's a simple dish to put together and just grab out of your fridge on a busy morning. Top it with some fresh or frozen fruits, or just squeeze in a few drops of liquid stevia to turn this neutral-tasting meal into whatever flavour you like.






Ingredients

20g Oats
15g Chia Seeds
15g Raw Buckwheat
15g Hemp Seeds
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond Milk

Directions

Layer all of the seeds and grains in a glass or bowl
Pour the milk over the top and stir well
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next morning
Add some liquid stevia drops or fruit if you so choose
