Here is my third and final entry from the Celebrate Health competition: Indian Spiced Meatless Sausage Rolls.
These would make perfect little snacks at parties if you happen to have some vegetarian or vegan friends. Finger food never tasted so good.
Ingredients
1 x Celebrate Health Indian Masala Lentils
3 x Corn Mountain Breads
Directions
Cook the lentils as per the package instructions and then allow to cool slightly.
Cut each Mountain Bread lengthways into three even strips.
Spread the lentils onto each strip of Mountain Bread and then roll up.
Cook in a 180 degree Celcius oven until lightly browned and crunchy.
Serve while still warm.
